How your money is protected

When you pay a deposit or balance, it goes into an independent trust account, not into Thula’s business account.

That money is held separately from our company finances, under the protection of UK trust law.

Used only for you
It can only be used to pay for the journey you have booked with us. Nothing else.
If the unexpected happens
In the unlikely event that we could not complete your journey, the money held in trust is there for you. It would either be returned to you, or used to make sure your journey goes ahead with another provider.
This protection meets the requirements of the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018, and it applies to every guest, wherever in the world you live.
